Prepared to make natillas

Ingredients: corn starch, flavoring, thickener (carrageenan), salt, coloring (curcumin and annatto) and stabilizer (monosodium phosphate).
Instructions for use: to prepare 10 flans (1 envelope) 1 Pour 1 L of milk into a saucepan. Add 1 envelope of custard (28 g), 6 or 8 tablespoons of sugar (120 g) and dissolve. 2 Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil. 3 Pour into containers and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Advice: before putting the containers in the refrigerator, you can place a cookie on each custard. If you like cinnamon, sprinkle it just before serving. Instead of sugar, you can use 5 g of Carmencita granulated saccharin to make the custard. Add it at the end of cooking and stir well. Then pour the mixture into the containers.
