Contents: 4 envelopes of 5g. 20 servings.
Ingredients: corn starch, stabilizer (E-410), thickener (E-407), salt, colors: E-160a (ii) and E-101 (i), vanilla flavors.

Manual: to prepare 5 blanks (1 envelope). 1 Put 500 ml of milk in a saucepan. Add 1 envelope of flan (5 g), 3-4 tablespoons of sugar (60 g) and dissolve completely. 2 Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil. 3 Pour into containers and let cool for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Suggestion: You can prepare the liquid caramel for the bottom of the container yourself: 1 Put, in a saucepan, 2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g), 2 tablespoons of water (20 g) and a little lemon. 2 Heat over medium heat until you get a light caramel tint. Instead of sugar, you can use 5g of Carmencita granulated saccharin to make the custard. Add it at the end of cooking and stir well. Then pour the mixture into the containers
